I’ve just watched the second half of the Angola vs. Portugal World Cup match while sat on the small balcony / fire escape outside the kitchen of my flat, with the sky darkening and the clear summer sky cloudless and disturbed only by the odd jetplane landing at Heathrow. It has been possible thanks to the excellent Miglia TV Mini digital TV tuner that I’ve purchased for my G4 Powerbook. I can’t think of a much better way to watch the World Cup in London. Angola managed to acquit themselves magnificently in the match, losing only 1-0 to their former colonial masters in an interesting match… Anyway, I must complete a few chores back in the flat and then it’s back to the office tomorrow morning.
