Dom, there is no free £350m. This 'dividend' must be offset by totting up costs of Brexit. It's like a £100 train ride to collect a tenner.

Full amount is £350m a week - after the Thatcher rebate it's £250m a week - of which about a third is spent back in the UK (e.g. Cornwall)

We're net contributors, devolving that spend back to UK saves money, just as fiscal devolution does to say Manchester

You assume no benefit from being in the EU. And the proponents are spending the saving multiple times. Johnson alone is spending it twice.
